Each session is led by a different expert speaker, bringing pointed, relevant topics to life—from contractor safety and safety management systems to personal development and behavioral leadership. Join us every Wednesday in March to sharpen your leadership edge and add lasting value to your safety efforts.
✅ Week 4 – DISCIPLINE & DECISIONS
Webinar Title: “Lead with Consistency: How Discipline Shapes Safer Decisions”
🗓 Wednesday, March 25, 2026
🕑 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Central Time)
Hosted by the Greater Baton Rouge Chapter of ASSP
Description:
In the final session of the Leadership GOLD Series, we’ll explore how consistent leadership habits and decision-making shape the safety culture you create—or tolerate. Every shortcut allowed, every decision made under pressure, and every moment you choose to show up (or not) sends a message.
This session will highlight:
- Why disciplined leaders create more predictable and safer environments
- How small daily decisions shape team behavior over time
- How to build decision-making frameworks that reinforce safety under stress
- Practical ways to lead with clarity and consistency—even when the pressure is high
Strong cultures aren’t created by posters or policies. They’re created by disciplined leaders who make intentional decisions—and hold the line when it matters most.
