The Greater Baton Rouge Chapter of American Society of Safety Professionals is seeking sponsors and participants for their Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser. Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Don Jones Excellence in Safety and Lawrence Mauerman Scholarships and other Professional Development Opportunities and Chapter Activities.

All Sponsorships include a 4-person team unless otherwise noted. 

Additional teams may be added to any sponsorship for $600.

CONTEST SPONSORS: Sponsor sign will be placed on the contest hole and on the prize (GBRASSP to purchase).  $300   Note:  Contest sponsorship does not include a team.

BRONZE LEVEL SPONSOR: Team Logo/Name on event banner. $750

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR:  Team/Company Logo in the Silver Level designation on the event banner and a Silver Level Sponsor sign on the course $1000

GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR:   Team/Company Logo in the Gold Level designation on the event banner, and exclusive sponsorship of a hole with a Gold Level Sponsorship Sign.  $1500

PLATINUM LEVEL TENT SPONSOR:  A limited number of Platinum sponsorships are available and include everything in the GOLD Level Sponsorship PLUS your company tent with food and beverages (cooked or catered) at a discount from the Gold Level Sponsorship.  $1000

Note: Platinum Sponsors will provide food and beverages valued at approximately $500.  Sponsors who do not provide food will revert to Gold Sponsorship and incur the additional cost.

All Platinum Tent Sponsors will be entered in the GREATEST GRUB ON THE GREEN” Contest.  The Winner of this Fan Favorite contest will receive a $500 discount on their 2021 Entry Fee.

PLATINUM LEVEL GOLF GLOVE (2) OR GOLF BALL SPONSOR(2):  Ideal for advertising with minimal staffing requirements. Your sponsorship provides your company Logo displayed on half of the Golf Gloves or your business card/company sticker on Half of the Sleeves of Golf Balls handed out to players on Tournament Day. $1000

Note: Glove and Ball sponsorship(s) do not include a team.

Additional Carts:  In addition to players carts, SPONSORS may reserve a Golf Cart to utilize prior to and during the tournament for $150.  Note:  Cart reservations made after February 3rd, 2020 will not be guaranteed, if carts are unavailable Sponsor will be advised and fee will be returned.  

TOURNAMENT EXTRAS ($5/each; max 2 per person):

RED BLAST: Used to tee off from one tee closer to the hole

MULLIGANS: Used to replay one player’s shot, one time

SAND TOSS: Used to toss ball by hand from the sand to extend the shot

PRIZE DONATIONS: Every player receives a door prize, typically valuing $10-500.  Door prize donations with your logo are a great opportunity to promote your company and support this event.
